Tom is a Registered Valuer with over 30 years' experience as a professional valuer. He has carried out valuation work for all the main banks and financial institutions. He has excellent market knowledge and has completed thousands of valuations. He was awarded first place in the Graduate and Final RICS examinations. He provides Red Book valuation reports on all types of residential property.
He is a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and The Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland. He is also a member of The Learning and Development Institute. Further qualifications include B.Comm and Masters of Business Studies Degrees from UCD.
Janette has 16 years' experience as a senior valuation administrator with T & J Gavigan.
She is responsible for all aspects of our valuations process including communicating with clients, arranging appointments, researching comparisons, preparing reports, providing updates for clients, responding to valuation queries and carrying out quality control audits.
